Working on the teak beam deck

First of all, we paint the ship plywood, or base, with resin.

Laminating

Then we laminate the individual teak rods on top.

Spacers

Small wooden wedges makes sure that the distance between the individual teak rods is uniform.

King plank

The teak beams are positioned in a particular shape up to the middle part of the deck, which is called king plank.

Coach roof

We also give our coach roofs a teak surface.
