Lines drawings of the sternOutline![]() The outline shows, from left to right, a side view of the stern, the cockpit and the cabin from starboard. Stern![]() The spacious stern serves as the stowage. For this purpose, an after hatch has been drawn in on the top right. Cockpit![]() This lines drawing aligns with the stern on the left and gives an insight into the cockpit. The steering pedestal with compass rests on the cockpit floor. To its left and right you can make out the stow boxes for the ropes etc., which also serve as seating for the crew. The pipe running down diagonally from left to right is the rudder head. Steering pedestal![]() This cross-section shows the steering pedestal in the cokpit area - more precisely at the height of frame no. 56. In the top left, you can make out the beam clamp; in the middle the keelson at the hull; and at the bottom the transom beam, onto which the steel floor plate with pierced holes is attached.
In this part of the stern section, you can also clearly see the already flatly shaped hull. Cabin![]() The spacious cabin lies to the front of the cockpit. You can clearly make out the positions for the doors, lockers and cupboards, as well as the upholstered seating (shown here chequered).
In the lower part of the drawing you can see, from left to right, the rudder blade and the stern post, as well as the keel base and keel below.
Cross-section of the cabin![]() This cross-section shows the superstructure in the wide cabin are. The machine room is visible in the middle - under the companion way. |
