All the phases of restoring a 12-metre R-Yacht made of wood

Here you can continually witness our restoration of the 12-metre R-Yacht yacht Anitra. You can keep up to date on all the details of the construction.

Four year project

The work has been underway since June 2003 and will last until about autumn 2006. The work has been divided into 15 construction groups, the current status of which we list here on a regular basis. On the following pages, you will find richly illustrated descriptions of the phases of restoration we have already passed through. We will update the diary quarterly with news. It is worth checking in regularly.

Quality versus time

Please understand that we attach great importance to the quality of the pictures (as with our yachts) on the following pages. As a result, the loading times are slightly longer.
For this reason, we have implemented a special accelerator, which only works if you view the pages in turn.

If you click directly on any of the pages in the following list, it could result in a longer loading time. The enjoyment of viewing the individual pictures will be worth it.

Kind regards, Josef Martin
